Sepsis Canada’s Scientific Director Honoured with Awards
Sepsis Canada proudly announces that Dr. Alison Fox-Robichaud, our Scientific Director, has received two notable awards for her outstanding contributions to sepsis research and awareness.
In January, CCCTG awarded Dr. Fox-Robichaud the Deborah J. Cook Mentorship Award at their Winter 2025 Scientific Meeting in Lake Louise, Alberta. This award highlights Dr. Fox-Robichaud’s influential role in shaping the future of critical care research in Canada, positively impacting fellows, students, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
Dr. Fox-Robichaud was also awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal, a prestigious Canadian honour created to mark the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III. This award recognizes her significant contributions to the nation and its communities through her dedication to tackling the burden of sepsis.
This well-deserved recognition reflects Dr. Fox-Robichaud's vital role in advancing sepsis awareness and research in Canada.
